For starters, let’s talk about the free version of Firstmet: You can create an account in no time but then comes the bad news – there aren’t any unique features available on this platform unless you pay for them! The search function isn’t very helpful either; most of my matches were miles away from me so I had to scroll through endless profiles just to find someone who was actually close by. Plus all those ads kept popping up every few minutes which made navigating around quite annoying and tedious (to say the least). And don’t even get me started on their customer service…it was downright terrible!
On top of that if you decide to upgrade your membership plan expect nothing special because they don’t offer anything out-of-the box compared with other similar apps like Tinder or Bumble where premium users have access exclusive content such as advanced filters and more detailed profile information etc.. So basically paying extra doesn’t give much value here since none of these bells & whistles exist on FirstMet anyway!

The downside?
