If you’re looking for support from FlirtySlapper, don’t hold your breath. I had the misfortune of trying to get help a couple of times and it was like talking to a brick wall. It took days just to get an automated response – which wasn’t even helpful!
The only way users can access any kind of “support” is by submitting their query through an online form or emailing them directly. But if you think that will solve all your problems, then guess again! The response time is abysmal; they take forever getting back with answers (if at all). And when they do respond, most often than not it’s either generic advice or something totally unrelated to what I asked in the first place. There are no filters or sorting options so if you’re looking for someone specific then prepare to scroll through endless profiles until your eyes glaze over. Oh yeah, did I mention they don’t even have basic messaging? That means all communication has to be done via email which makes me wonder why anyone would bother signing up at all…
Moving onto their premium services – what a joke! For starters they charge an arm and a leg just for access to some extra filtering options like age range or location; hardly worth it when other sites offer these same features (and more) without breaking the bank. Plus most of their “premium” functions aren’t really unique either; things like video chat or sending virtual gifts have been around since forever so unless you’ve got money burning holes in your pockets then save yourself some cash by going elsewhere instead.
